'Luther' Idris Elba plans "more mayhem"

Luther star Idris Elba has hinted that there will be "more mayhem" in the upcoming third series. Watch our video interview with Idris Elba at the Crime Thriller Awards below:
Speaking to Digital Spy at the Crime Thriller Awards, Elba explained that he wants to make sure the new episodes are "really good drama".
"[We could see] more mayhem," he said. "More crazy Luther, angry Luther perhaps, maybe a nicer Luther, but just more Luther. Really good stuff."
Elba added: "We want the audience to love it and keep loving it."
Elba also responded to reports that David Schwimmer would like a guest role in the show, saying: "That would be interesting. I think he's a great actor - I didn't know he was a fan!"
He explained that he is also hoping for Ben Kingsley to appear in a future episode, saying he would be "amazing" in Luther.
Elba won the prize for 'Best Actor' at the Crime Thriller Awards, which will be broadcast on Tuesday at 9pm on ITV3.
