Ann Widdecombe to host Sky Atlantic quiz show 'Cleverdicks'

Ann Widdecombe has reportedly signed up to host a new quiz show.

The politician has agreed to present Sky Atlantic's new programme Cleverdicks.

The show, which will air every day at teatime, will see Widdecombe challenging contestants with difficult questions.

"Some may say that I am a cleverdick to have secured this contract," she said. "But they should meet some of the formidable Cleverdicks who will be playing during the show!"

Meanwhile, Sky Atlantic's Elaine Pyke said: "Cleverdicks and Ann Widdecombe... who could resist?

"Sitting in an early evening slot, the show is intelligent, irreverent and hugely entertaining and will be a great start to an evening's viewing on Sky Atlantic."

Widdecombe recently admitted that she would like to return to Strictly Come Dancing in the future.

Cleverdicks is due to air early next year.
