'Simple Life' lives to fifth season
Published Wednesday, Jul 12 2006, 16:54 BST | By Neil Wilkes
Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie's reality series The Simple Life has been renewed for a fifth season in the US.
The move comes following the success of the fourth season – dubbed 'Til Death Us Do Part' – on the E! Network. E! took over broadcast of the show after Fox dumped it from the schedules last year.
Since premiering a month ago, Simple Life has tripled E!'s ratings in its timeslot.
The new season is expected to air early in 2007.
