I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! followed from 9pm with 9.77m (37.2%) to help the channel convincingly secure primetime victory last night.
The Cube in the 7pm hour and Penn and Teller: Fool Us from 10.45pm grabbed 3.92 (15.2%) and 998k (9.8%) respectively, with a further 149k catching the former on +1.
Meanwhile, 644k (2.4%) saw ITV2's The Xtra Factor from 9pm and 813k (5.5%) tuned in for I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here Now! from 10.30pm.
BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing won its half-hour timeslot from 7.30pm with 10.68m (39.7%). Countryfile garnered 6.8m (28.8%) earlier, and Antiques Roadshow had 6.55m (22.8%) from 8pm. Garrow's Law from 9pm and Have I Got a Bit More News for You from 10.30pm entertained 4.22m (15.5%) and 1.96m (12%) respectively.
Over on BBC Two, How to Build a Satellite snapped up 753k (2.6%) in the 8pm hour. Frontline Medicine treated 1.12m (4.2%) while football highlights programme Match of the Day 2 scored 2.24m (11.1%).
Channel 4's River Cottage Veg interested 1.36m (4.8%) from 8pm (+1: 236k/0.9%), but was topped by The Secret Millionaire afterwards with 1.59m (5.9%) and 123k on +1. Alan Carr: Chatty Man amused 1.01m (4.8%) from 10pm (+1: 237k/2.3%).
On Channel 5, Ice Road Truckers: Deadliest Roads ended up with 836k (2.9%) in the 8pm hour and film Blood Work thrilled 1.09k (4.7%) from 9pm.
Overall, ITV1 won primetime with 31.3% (+1: 0.7%) over BBC One's 22.5%. Channel 4 came out ahead of BBC Two by the finest of margins, though both recorded 5.4% to one decimal place (Channel 4 +1: 1%), and Channel 5 brought up the rear with 4%.
Lewis performed well for ITV3 from 9pm with 727k (3.1%).
