Elsewhere, I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! entertained 7.92m (31.6%) from 8.30pm (+1: 341k/1.7%). Piers Morgan's Life Stories touched 1.63m (9.4%) from 10.35pm.
BBC One's DIY: SOS: The Big Build ended up with 3.14m (12.6%) in the 8pm hour. The Manor Reborn took 3.17m (12.7%) from 9pm, and Question Time got 2.7m (21.1%) thinking from 10.35pm.
Channel 4 saw The Ultimate Guide to Penny Pinching snatch 1.44m (5.8%) from 8pm (+1: 130k/0.5%), followed by Living with the Amish with 1.54m (6.1%) from 9pm (+1: 258k/1.4%). The Joy of Teen Sex attracted 675k (3.85%) from 10pm (+1: 110k/1.2%).
Over on Channel 5, The Mentalist was seen by 1.41m (5.6%) in the 9pm hour, with It's All About Amy taking 506k (2.8%) afterwards. Highland Emergency had 630k (2.6%) from 7.30pm and 707k (2.95%) turned up for Fairground Attractions from 8pm.
ITV1 won primetime on Thursday with a share of 28.1% (+1: 1%) ahead of BBC One with 16.5%. BBC Two had 6.8%, Channel 4 finished with 4.8% (+1: 0.7%) and Channel 5 grabbed 3.2%.
On the multichannels, The Big Bang Theory got 791k (3.2%) from 8pm on E4 (+1: 227k/0.9%), while the UEFA Europa League football was attended by 1.01m (4.2%) from 7.30pm on ITV4.
