The comedian is currently filming the third season of the dating show, which returns to ITV1 in the New Year.
"I personally think this series, we've got the best girls of all three", McGuinness told Digital Spy. "Not so much just purely looks, I think personalities.
"We've got some really good talkers, some really funny girls, and some girls who are into the spirit of the show, really. I do think this series is going to be really, really good."
Of plans for a charity special, he added: "The idea is we get single girls to bid to come on the show - they'll pledge X amount of pounds to charity, which gets them on the show."
"Then we'll have male, single celebrities coming down the lift, and whichever girl's picked will go off on a really fantastic date with this celebrity, and we'll film it all and everything else."
