Joe McElderry and Outnumbered stars Tyger Drew-Honey and Daniel Roche are to appear in BBC One's The Magicians.

The two actors from the family sitcom will feature in several illusions with magician pair Barry and Stuart for the returning series.
McElderry joined them as they recorded a 'Grand Illusion' at Westfield Shopping Centre last month, which involved asking a member of the crowd to pick a random CD from a music store.
The volunteer picked Joe McElderry's Classic Christmas, and discovered that their apparently random choice had been predicted in advance.
McElderry said: "I've always been a fan of magic so it was nice to be a part of it and see how it all works and be able to trick someone else. I was quite nervous - I was just hoping they wouldn't do something like make me disappear forever!"
Drew-Honey explained: "When I was about 11 or 12 I was obsessed with magic. I went to loads of magic conventions and learnt basics like trick shuffles, sleight of hand, palms and double lifts.
"I'm really looking forward to learning the styles and small tricks of the trade that only the magicians know. It will be great to hang with the magicians too; all magicians are cool aren't they?"
Roche added: "Tyger taught me some card tricks and sleight of hand on the set of Outnumbered and I would like to learn more. I saw Barry and Stuart at the Edinburgh festival and thought they were great. I'm looking forward to wowing the public and having a bit of fun with Tyger and the magicians."
The Magicians has received a revamp for its second series, which begins live on Saturday (January 7) at 6.35pm on BBC One. Darren McMullen will replace Lenny Henry as host.
