'Take Me Out' returns with 4.9m

The Paddy McGuinness-fronted show added a further 273k (1.1%) on +1, and Take Me Out: The Gossip, presented by Mark Wright and Zoe Hardman, took 699k (2.8%) on ITV2. The largest multichannel audience of the night belonged to Foyle's War on ITV3, which summoned 1.14m (5.2%) from 9pm.
Later on ITV1, Talent Show Story saw a diminished audience of 2.39m (9.6%) and The Jonathan Ross Show entertained 2.88m (12.8%).
The Magicians conjured 5.11m (22.7%) for BBC One from 6.30pm, followed by The National Lottery: Who Dares Wins on 5.84m (23.7%). Casualty was the day's most-watched programme, taking home a strong 6.13m (24.9%).
BBC Two's offerings of The Good Life (8pm), Steptoe and Son (8.30pm) and Fawlty Towers (9pm) tickled 2.25m (9.1%), 2.62m (10.6%) and 2.5m (10.1%) respectively.
Celebrity Big Brother continued its ratings decline on Channel 5, with 1.94m (7.9%) watching highlights from the second day in the House.
The Bank Job scored 1.3m (5.3%) for Channel 4 from 8.30pm, as well as 215k (1%) on timeshift. Ben Stiller film Dodgeball was amusing enough for 770k (4.3%), and the comedy added 114k (1%) on +1.
BBC One dominated primetime with 22.7%, followed by ITV1 on 14.3%. BBC Two nabbed 8.6%, while Channel 5 and Channel 4 trailed on 5.2% and 4.7%.
