The entertainment show, which was recently nominated for a National Television Award, has been recommissioned by Watch.
The two new four-part series will air during 2012 following the success of the first run, which picked up an average of 1.7m viewers.
"I've been amazed by the response to the first series and look forward to letting the cameras into my life once again," Dynamo said.
The magician has also signed an exclusive talent deal with Watch.
UKTV's Richard Watsham said: "In series two we'll be throwing out the magic rule book in search of the most visually spectacular new stunts.
"We're incredibly excited about the opportunity for viewers to get to know Dynamo better and create even more memorable and talked about moments."
Last month, Dynamo was voted 'Britain's Coolest Man' in a poll held by Zoo magazine.
