The singer and Celebrity Big Brother contestant is apparently in talks to succeed rugby star Gavin Henson as the lead in the dating TV show.
The Only Way Is Essex's Kirk Norcross was previously linked to the show and fellow TOWIE star Mark Wright apparently turned down the chance to take part, reports the Daily Star.
Gavin Henson's series, which aired last year, featured the sportsman and former partner of Charlotte Church wooing 25 girls. At the end of the run, he chose to start a relationship with Carianne Barrow.
Henson and Barrow ended their romance on Valentine's Day this year.
Cocozza recently claimed that he was ready to settle down with a steady girlfriend once he had slept with 100 women. The wannabe popstar said that he already reached the total of 93 at the time.
