The TV series will run for ten 30-minute episodes. Dance troupe Lil Diamonds won the first series last year.

Other new CBBC commissions announced today include a second series of popular canine talent show Who Let The Dogs Out.

Children's TV staples Dick and Dom will star in new circus-based series Hoopla, while Dancing on Ice duo Sam & Mark have been given a second series of their prank-based show Big Friday Wind-Up.

CBBC controller Damian Kavanagh said: "These recent additions to the CBBC pipeline are all very different and each brings something new for our audience to experience and enjoy. It's important that we continue to offer children programmes they wouldn't find anywhere else except on CBBC."
