Soccer Aid takes place on Sunday, May 27 and will air live on ITV1.

Soccer Aid 2010 saw Williams's England team lose 7-6 on penalties to the Rest of the World after a 2-2 draw. Hollywood star Woody Harrelson scored the winning penalty, and will return for this year's match.

Speaking about covering the match again, Gallacher said: "I had a blast when I co-presented Soccer Aid two years ago. It really is a privilege to be involved in such a great event and to experience some fantastic moments on the pitch."

Talking about her favourite players, she added: "Robbie Williams and Jonathan Wilkes are the lynchpin of the England team and Olly Murs played a blinder two years ago! As for the players on the Rest of the World team, Ruud Van Nistelrooy is a goal-scoring machine!"
