BAFTA Television Awards 2012: Celebrity Twitter reactions

The BAFTA Television Awards 2012 took place at the Royal Festival Hall in London last night (May 27).

ITV's Appropriate Adult, Coronation Street, Sherlock and Celebrity Juice were among the big winners during the event.

Winners, nominees and other television professionals took to Twitter last night to respond to the results.

Alan Carr: "Ok, so i didn't win a BAFTA but was a bit p*ssed off when the cameraman stuck his camera in my face when 'Mummifying Alan' was on - how rude."

Sherlock's Mark Gattis: "Smashing night at #Bafta. Thrilled for Andrew Scott & @realreeceshears , touched & moved by @steven_moffat , disappointed for Benedict!"

Fearne Cotton: "Tonight celebrity juice won a BAFTA and I met Mary Berry! Over the moon!"

David Walliams: "Please please please can Miranda Hart win a #BAFTA next year?"
