The Robbie Williams charity football match, won by England, took 4.33m (22.9%) from 6pm and 180k on +1, peaking with 6.7m at around 9.30pm.
Meanwhile, the BAFTA TV Awards dazzled 3.53m (16.2%) on BBC One between 8pm and 10pm, down almost 2 million viewers on last year's ceremony.
The Voice UK's semi-final results show grabbed 4.68m (26.5%) at 7.15pm, prior to which 4.01m (27.2%) watched Countryfile.

Meanwhile, BBC Two's factual combination of Indian Ocean with Simon Reeve (1.8m/8.5%) and Coast (1.98m/8.8%) continued to pay dividends with decent figures.
Channel 4's Come Dine with Me served up 1.09m (5.1%) from 8pm (+1: 274k), then movie The Lovely Bones appealed to 958k (5.2%) at 9pm, adding 193k on timeshift.
Overall, ITV1 topped primetime with 22.3% (+1: 0.9%), beating BBC One's 19.2%. BBC Two claimed third place with 6.9%, ahead of Channel 4's 4.9% (+1: 1.1%), and Channel 5's 4.4% (+1: 0.3%).
Elsewhere, Family Guy maintained a strong 1.26m (6.1%) and 987k (5.6%) for BBC Three, while The Only Way Is Essex logged 930k (3%) for ITV2 and 231k on +1, and Desperate Housewives attracted 597k (3.4%) to E4 (+1: 163k).
