Jade Goody reportedly punched a fellow cinemagoer in the face after a popcorn fight erupted.
The Sun claim that Goody hit 51-year-old grandmother Brenda Sparks during the screening of Saw III on Sunday night, which the Big Brother star attended with boyfriend Jack Tweedy.
Tweedy informed the paper that Goody acted with justification: "Jade was amazing. She was defending a girl who was being picked on and was totally fearless. I’m so proud of her." He also claimed that his girlfriend only retaliated after being punched first.
Sparks angrily told The Sun: "[Goody's] language was disgusting. She called me a fat c***. I used to like her from the telly but now I think she is a piggy-faced thug."
