Three series of the BBC comedy aired between 2007 and 2010, with a one-off special rumoured to be in the planning stages.
However, Page told Digital Spy: "To be honest with you I don't [think it will come back]. When we all finished the third series, we were happy it ended because it was nice to move on to other things. It was nice to finish it with people still really enjoying it.
"I think everyone is so busy now and we're off doing our own things. It would be a nightmare trying to get everyone back together again. So I don't think there will be another one."
The Welsh actress - who played Stacey - added that she is happy with the way the series concluded.
"People still enjoy it, it's still shown all the time and people still have really fond memories of it," she said. "So I think we were all really happy with the way it did finish.
"It feels like it's still going on because it's on TV all the time and people still talk about it so fondly. It's really weird to think that it finished three years ago. But it was such a great time and such a great show that I'm so happy I was a part of it."
