The presenters will take over from interim hosts Kate Garraway and Dan Lobb on Monday, September 3, according to advance programme information released by ITV.
Kelly and Jones were confirmed as Daybreak's new hosts in May, with Kelly saying at the time: "I'm really looking forward to this challenge and to working with Aled who is a warm, funny and a thoroughly decent bloke."
Jones added that he and long-term friend Kelly "always had a lot of fun together" and was looking forward to his new role.
5 News presenter Matt Barbet and BBC North West Tonight co-anchor Ranvir Singh will also join Daybreak to host the first hour of the show 6am each morning.
Garraway and Lobb have led a team of presenters who have been anchoring the show since the departure of Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley in late 2011.
Kelly will continue to present her magazine show Lorraine from 8.30am to 9.25am on Monday to Thursday each week.
