Up All Night, which is going into its second season in the US, features Christina Applegate as a producer who returns to work on her friend Ava's (Maya Rudolph) talk show after having a baby with stay-at home husband Chris (Will Arnett).

Animal Practice, meanwhile, is a comedy about life at a veterinarian's office starring Justin Kirk and JoAnna Garcia Swisher.

The show was promoted along with the London 2012 Olympics by NBC and was at the centre of a race controversy when a promo centring around a monkey in a gymnastics uniform aired after Gabby Douglas became the first African-American to take gold in the all-round event.

666 Park Avenue, starring Lost's Terry O'Quinn and Vanessa Williams, details life in a possessed Manhattan building complex, while Ben and Kate sees Nat Faxon and Dakota Johnson play polar-opposite siblings.

ITV2 has already established itself as the home of popular US imports The Vampire Diaries and Gossip Girl.
