Presented by "Queen of Craft", Danielle Proud, the programme shows viewers how to make their own Christmas decorations, crackers and Christmas presents.
The show will first air on the UKTV website from Monday December 4, split into 24 clips varying from 90 seconds to three minutes in length.
Produced by North One TV, Danielle Does Christmas was ordered by UKTV Style’s channel head Catherine Catton and UKTV’s head of commissioning, Jo Clinton-Davis.
Catton said: “Our decision to premiere Danielle Does Christmas online really reinforces UKTV’s network-wide strategy to build communities and enrich lives by providing an additional entry point to UKTV Style content."
"Rather than following the 'Create once, publish everywhere' model, we’ve tailored this series to suit our users needs, shorter clips that are quick and easy to download. Craft and make-it-yourself is the new shopping so we want to make this series as accessible to our target audience of young women as possible," she added.
Following its web debut, the five part series of 10 minute shows will air on UKTV Style as part of its Christmas Live! strand, from December 18 to December 22 at 8pm.
