Aled Jones and Lorraine Kelly take over at the helm of the breakfast franchise, which has so far struggled to match the success of its predecessor GMTV.
Jones and Kelly will be joined on the show by a news team led by Matt Barbet and Ranvir Singh.
Meanwhile, Gethin Jones and ex-GMTV star Richard Arnold will provide features and entertainment news.
Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley launched Daybreak in 2010, but the former One Show duo struggled to pick up viewers and lost the ratings battle with BBC Breakfast. The pair were axed from the show last November.
Dan Lobb and Kate Garraway have acted as hosts during the interim period.
ITV controller Peter Fincham has asked for Jones and Kelly to be given time to overhaul the show's ratings.
