Michael Parkinson is heading to Australia next month to conduct a one-on-one interview with Shane Warne.
The veteran talkshow host - an enthusiastic cricket fan - will speak to the bowler about his career on the cricket field, as well as his controversies off the field.
"It will be a real pleasure to interview Shane Warne," said Parkinson. "He is a charismatic, complex and fascinating man."
The special, airing on Foxtel's UKTV channel at the conclusion of the Ashes series, is the first of a number of planned specials Parkinson will undertake for the broadcaster.
