Tennant: Doctor has no time to mourn Rose

"There's no let-up for him," the Scottish actor told the Radio Times. "He's suddenly flung into a new, bizarre set of circumstances with this woman who's appeared in his front room, as it were. Then he's off on this madcap romp with Donna," he added, referring to the role of 'The Runaway Bride' played by Catherine Tate in the upcoming Christmas Special.
"As you saw at the end of series two, he doesn't get to reflect much," said Tennant, who plays the tenth incarnation of the Timelord. "He said goodbye to Rose, and seconds later Donna appears in the TARDIS. The Christmas special picks up from that moment; in fact, it goes back a bit to see what happened before that."
