Graham Norton presents the first in a 13-week run of his new BBC Two series The Graham Norton Show this Thursday at 10pm.
Norton has been able to attract Hollywood stars Kim Cattrall, known for her role as Samantha in Sex and the City, and Lord of the Rings actor Elijah Wood, to the show.
The BBC is hoping the programme will prove a further hit for its star, following the success of Norton presenting prime time shows Strictly Dance Fever, How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria? and When Will I Be Famous?, which attracted 5 million viewers and a 23% share last Saturday night.
Norton has not been involved in a chat show format since taking his Channel 4 show to the US in 2004.
Produced by Norton's production company, So Television, the show will be repeat on Sunday nights at 11pm, with previously unseen material.
