The illusionist teased the show on Twitter earlier this week, saying that he is "excited" about its upcoming broadcast later this year.
A series of teaser trailers have also been unveiled by Channel 4.
"The new show, if you haven't seen the brief teaser, is called Derren Brown (me): Apocalypse. Just sayin. Rather excited by this one," he tweeted.
The show has yet to receive an official release date, but the announcement comes a year since Brown's last TV special The Experiments, which aired in October 2011.
