Keith Lemon's BAFTA-winning panel show attracted 1.22 million and a 6.5% share at 10pm, adding a further 216k (2.1%) on +1.
Meanwhile, Red Dwarf drew 1.1m (4.8%) for the second episode of its new run on Dave from 9pm. Classic editions of the sci-fi sitcom aired afterwards, bringing in 423k (2%) and 293k (1.1%).
Russell Howard's Good News amused 612k (2.7%) at the same time, but its 12.30am repeat remained popular with 314k (8.6%).
The X Factor USA managed to retain 621k (2.7%) between 8pm and 10pm, helping ITV2 to put in a strong performance across primetime.
Once again, ITV2 managed to beat Channel 5 with an average nightly share of 3.1% (+1: 0.4%). Dave (3%) managed to pip BBC Three (1.8%) into runner-up among the digital networks.
