'Suits' series two to air on Dave in January

Hit legal drama Suits will return for its second series on UK TV in the New Year, it has been confirmed.

Dave will start airing the latest episodes in January. The first season was a ratings success for the UKTV channel, attracting 879,000 viewers for its launch.



The show stars Patrick J. Adams and Gabriel Macht star as Mike Ross and Harvey Spector, a slick legal duo who have managed to convince those around them that Mike is a fully qualified lawyer, when in fact he is a college drop-out.

Suits was recently awarded a third season in the US, following critical and commercial success.

The USA network said that the show had "sophisticated storytelling, sharp dialogue and award-worthy performances", and claimed that the series was at the "cornerstone of our original programming lineup".

Suits series two debuts in the UK on Thursday, January 24 at 9pm.
