Veteran news presenter Sir Trevor MacDonald is to return to ITV1 in a satirical comedy show.

News Knight will see Sir Trev star alongside two guest comedians as they discuss the news stories of the past seven days.

Along with another run for Harry Hill's TV Burp, other new comedy includes comedian challenge show Tough Gig which every week sees a different comic spending five days in a world they are not familiar with - fashion, fantasy gaming or meditation - to then create stand-up routine from their experiences.
