The channel has signed a long-term commitment deal for the UK rights to the show, which has proved a ratings hit for the UKTV channel.
Season three of Rizzoli & Isles is scheduled to air in January.
The show, which is based on Tess Gerritsen's best-selling crime novels, stars Angie Harmon (Law & Order) as tough police detective Jane Rizzoli and Sasha Alexander (NCIS) as medical examiner Dr Maura Isles.
It was developed for television by Janet Tamaro (Bones, Lost).
Alibi's General Manager Steve Hornsey said: "The first two seasons of Rizzoli & Isles have proved a massive hit with our audience and so we are thrilled to have secured the series for UK viewers.
