Norton advises Cowell to quit TV
Graham Norton has advised Simon Cowell to quit TV and enjoy spending his fortune.

The TV host, who is fronting the search for a new Joseph in Any Dream Will Do, revealed that he is expecting his show to trounce Simon Cowell's rival West End talent search, Grease Is The Word in the ratings.

The two shows go head-to-head next weekend, and Norton explained that Andrew Lloyd Webber's involvement in Any Dream will help to keep viewers tuned in.

"Simon is a huge TV talent - I admire his work ethic. But he's got all the money he needs - he should pack it in and enjoy himself," Graham told the Sunday Mirror. "It must be great sitting on a beach in the Bahamas drinking cocktails with Paula Abdul and raking it in like while doing nothing.

"Cowell is a TV talent, but Andrew is a phenomenon. He wrote his first musical at 18. The man is a genius. Simon is just a good businessman. But I admire his work ethic - to keep going after all these years."
