'The Apprentice': Week 6 Recap
This week on The Apprentice Sir Alan challenged the teams to sell high quality British food products at a market in a small French town. He appointed Lohit and Paul as team leaders.

Lohit's team chose to sell smoked fish, jam and tea. The smoked fish and jam sold well, but the team struggled to sell English tea to a nation of staunch coffee drinkers.

Paul's team decided to sell pork sausages, chutney and cheese. The cheese, which the team had bought from a budget cash and carry, proved unappealing to French customers and the majority had to be thrown away at the end of the day's trading.

Lohit's team made a profit from £410, but Paul's team made a staggering loss of £225.84. Sir Alan was shocked by the team's pitiful performance, remarking that: "We don't normally do losses here."

Paul chose to bring Kristina and Adam into the board room. Sir Alan expressed doubts about Adam, who has now been brought into the board room three weeks in a row, but he decided to fire Paul.

Sir Alan reasoned that Paul was responsible for the most of the team's poor decisions. Furthermore, he had allowed his "personal relationship" with Katie, which Kristina exposed in the board room, to affect his judgement.
