Graham Norton breaks world record and raises £1 million with Big Chat

Graham Norton helped raise over £1 million for Comic Relief with his BBC Three takeover show Big Chat last night (March 7).

The host also broke the Guinness World Record for 'Most Questions Asked on a TV Chat Show' as he presented from 7pm to the early hours of Friday evening.

In total, Norton's show raised £1,022,982.

Guests on the show included Terry Wogan, Russell Tovey, Jimmy Carr, Martin Freeman, Keith Lemon, Louis Smith and Warwick Davis. There was music from Example, Paloma Faith, Hurts and Laura Mvula.

The show also introduced a Celebrity Kissing Booth that allowed members of the public to win a smooch with stars such as David Gandy and Abbey Clancy.
