BT Sport is aiming to topple Sky's domination of sports coverage, launching three channels yesterday (May 9) - BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2 and ESPN.
Coverage includes 38 exclusive Premier League games, 69 Aviva Premiership rugby games, and various FA Cup, Europa League, Bundesliga and Scottish football fixtures. MotoGP, WTA women's tennis and UFC fights will also be shown.
Humphrey, Lawrence Dallaglio and Balding will head up the BT Sport presenting team.
Rio Ferdinand, Michael Owen, David James and Owen Hargreaves are among BT's signings for their football commentary and pundits lineup.
Sunday Brunch presenter and Soccer AM host Tim Lovejoy will also front a new weekend magazine sports show on BT Sport.
