Surprise Surprise sees host Willoughby deliver life-changing surprises to ordinary people with extraordinary stories.

"It's great to be back for a second series of Surprise Surprise," said the star.

"I had so much fun being part of the show last year and have so many fond memories of the wonderful people I met, and the incredible surprises we gave. I can't wait to do it all again!"

Surprise Surprise originally aired on ITV between 1984 and 2001 and was hosted by Cilla Black.

In March 2012, it was announced that the show would be returning for a one-off special, with a full series then following in October last year.
