Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly will be back to host the Strictly Come Dancing quarter-finals tonight

We're already at the quarter-finals of Strictly Come Dancing, and with just six celebrity couples remaining, things are about to heat up on the dance floor. With Mark Benton now out of the competition, who could be following in his footsteps? Expect performances to songs by Madonna, Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson and Tom Jones. Plus, there are extra points on offer in the Swing-a-thon.

With just four acts left in The X Factor, who will impress enough to make it into the final?

There's no Strictly-X Factor clash tonight, so you can fully indulge your love of reality. We're just a week away from The X Factor final now, so Luke Friend, Rough Copy, Sam Bailey and Nicholas McDonald will be trying to impress you with two songs in one of the weirdest themes ever - Elton vs Beyoncé.

Robert Lindsay guest stars in this week's instalment of fantasy fun in Atlantis

If dancing and singing doesn't float your boat, how a bit of fantasy? This week's Atlantis - featuring guest stars Robert Lindsay and Jason Watkins - sees Hercules searching for Medusa after her disappearance, only for everyone to accidentally end up as the targets in a gang's blood sport. Oops.
