Dickinson's Real Deal: Text Santa Christmas Special, a festive edition of Show Me The Telly and a special version of The Chase featuring ITV newscasters Mark Austin, Alistair Stewart, Romilly Weeks and Charlene White, complete the daytime schedule.
The main televised fundraiser kicks off at 8pm, with highlights including a Coronation Street sketch featuring Cheryl Cole and the soap's stars giving a rendition of The Pogues classic 'Fairytale of New York'.
This year, the event aims to raise money for Age UK, Barnardo's, BeatBullying, British Heart Foundation, CLIC Sargent and Help the Hospices.
