What song would you want played at your funeral?

That's hard. Something happy. 'Celebration' by Kool and the Gang. Not to celebrate the fact I'm dead - ha, ha - but the whole vibe, 'celebrate, good times', everyone singing along. Either that or the Jackson 5, 'I Want You Back'. That was the Diversity theme tune when we won Britain's Got Talent.

Who are your dance heroes?

Michael Jackson. Fred Astaire. Gene Kelly. The Nicholas Brothers. You don't know the Nicholas brothers? Oh my.

There are so many great dancers these days and with the help of science and technology things are always getting better. But you can always look back at them - and they were doing their stuff in the 1940s, 70 years ago - and they are still in my eyes brilliant. When something doesn't age in 70 years, it's brilliant.

It's not so much as a dancer with Michael Jackson, it was as an artist. Dancers are artists and as a popstar, he was always creative. He was so creative, he had a dance style. You can have a move or two, but I can get up now and dance in the Michael Jackson style. That's how much of a legend he was.

I've done amazing things in dance and I've still got ambition, but Diversity are dancing moves and styles invented by other people. Michael Jackson just did his own thing, his own style and it's his vision which is still inspiring.

What piece of technology could you not live without?
Probably my sat-nav. Honestly, my sense of direction is awful. I'd get lost in this hotel room I'm in right now. If you asked me to go to the telly, I couldn't find it.

I couldn't live without it. Even if I know where I'm going, I still set it off, just for the comfort.

If you could be any movie character, who would it be?

I'm a movie geek, big time. I'd probably pick Yoda. You could ask Yoda anything and he'd know the answer. He's the absolute bomb. Homework, directions, Yoda would know.

What TV boxset would you take to a desert island?

Definitely not The Walking Dead, because that would just scare the hell out of me if I'm stuck on an island. Not Lost either! What's that series that everyone is on about - Homeland. I've heard a lot of people talking about it, so it must be good.

What was the last book you read?

Assassin's Creed. I don't play games, I just really like the storyline. Our new Diversity show is about superheroes and I wanted to read the book and get inspired by it.
