Refreshing TV features some of the biggest names in Britain, from bands like Radiohead, through sporting stars such as Prince Naseem, to the country's leading ladettes, Zoe Ball and Ulrika Jonsson.
The programmes are screened between 7:30 and 8:30pm, Monday - Saturday.
