This week sees the launch of a new strand of 15-minute programmes on BBC Choice, labelled 'Refreshing TV'. The programmes cover subjects ranging from pop music to politics, and promise to be fast-paced, unpredictable and risky.

Refreshing TV features some of the biggest names in Britain, from bands like Radiohead, through sporting stars such as Prince Naseem, to the country's leading ladettes, Zoe Ball and Ulrika Jonsson.

The programmes are screened between 7:30 and 8:30pm, Monday - Saturday.
