Bradley and Lauren leave 'Grease'
Bradley Clarkson and Lauren McConnell were eliminated from Grease Is The Word last night.

The two hopefuls, who had been paired up together for the first time, found themselves in the bottom two alongside Alison Crawford and Danny Rhodes.

After the couples performed Grease classic You're The One That I Want in the final sing-off, it was left to Sinitta to deliver the judges' verdict: "Alison you were amazing. Danny you're not ready but you guys were better tonight, so we're saving you."

David Ian had earlier told Bradley and Lauren that they did not "stand out from the crowd", while Brian Friedman claimed that Bradley looked "dorky" on stage.

At the end of the show, it was announced that the contestants will be performing alone for the rest of the competition. Next Saturday, the four remaining boys will perform in their semi-final, meaning that two boys must be eliminated. On Saturday 2nd June, the girls will receive the same treatment.

Grease Is The Word continues next Saturday at 7.55pm on ITV1.
