The show, about a "bright, cheeky and energetic single-seater" called Roary, features vocals from comedian Peter Kay and racing legend Sir Stirling Moss.
Episode one is now available to be viewed on the Nick Jr Video player at the channel's website, with the second episode following next Monday.
"We are thrilled to be premiering episodes online, as we know that many of our young viewers enjoy watching show clips on Nick Jr Video," said Howard Litton, MD of Nickelodeon UK.
The broadband service launched last October and now serves as many as 450,000 clips of popular Nick Jr shows each month.
Roary The Racing Car airs on Nick Jr at 4pm on Saturday, June 2.
