Ramsay doesn't watch his own shows
Gordon Ramsay has admitted that he never likes to watch his own TV shows.

The outspoken chef has starred in a number of programmes, including Hell's Kitchen, Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and The F Word, but he is so paranoid about his appearance that he never watches them back.

Asked if he would take on a nicer persona for the forthcoming US version of Kitchen Nightmares, Ramsay replied: "Nicer? I don't think so. I am who I am.

"Truth is, I don't even watch the shows because I don't want to see myself and say: 'Man, I need Botox' or 'Those jeans look terrible' or 'My teeth need to be whitened'."
