Virgin Media TV has confirmed that season three of The L Word will get a full showing on Ftn.
Some viewers were worried that the 12-episode series, which began showing on Ftn at the end of last month, would not be shown in full before Ftn closes and rebrands as Virgin Media's new entertainment channel, Virgin 1.
Virgin Media TV said the whole of season three will be played out, but it is unknown whether it will remain in its Monday 10pm slot for the full run.
Living, which is also owned by Virgin Media TV, will begin showing series four from September 7. The DVD of season three of The L Word will be released in the UK on September 24.
US producer Showtime has already greenlit a fifth season of the show for 2008.
