Tonioli praises his 'DanceX' group
Bruno Tonioli has claimed that DanceX viewers are overlooking the talents of his team of contestants.

The professional choreographer goes head-to-head with Arlene Phillips every week on the BBC One talent series, but he has lost members of his group in the past two live shows, while Arlene still has all of her contestants remaining.

Now Bruno has described his contestants as "edgy" like Amy Winehouse, and compared Arlene's team to Popstars flops Hear'Say.

"Of course I am angry that I have lost two weeks in a row. But I hope viewers will start to see that my dance troupe are the best. Mine are far more edgy. They have attitude," Bruno told the Daily Star.

"Arlene's are all: 'Look at me. Look how pretty I am.' I've got the most talented bunch. I'd say mine are like Amy Winehouse and she's got Hear'Say. It's as simple as that."
