Ramsay to rescue Little Chef chain

Gordon Ramsay has reportedly decided to take on restaurant Little Chef in his next TV show and rescue the struggling motorway chain.

The celebrity chef is being lined up to tackle the breakfast specialists for his next series of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares on Channel 4.

Ramsay has previously described Little Chef's name as a misnomer because they "don't employ chefs", in his autobiography Humble Pie.

A source told The Sun:"We were surprised by the offer but Gordon has been a critic of Little Chef in the past.

"He wrote about us in his autobiography, so he clearly has ideas for the place."
