'Kitchen' chef refuses to serve vegetarians
Hell's Kitchen boss Marco Pierre White has refused to offer a selection of vegetarian meals at the restaurant.

The fiery chef has filled his menu with meat dishes, including Caramelised Veal Chop, Pigeon from Bresse with Foie Gras and Braised Pigs Trotter with Morilles. Only the starters menu contains a vegetarian dish; Vinagrette of White Asparagus with Truffles.

"I don't feed vegetarians... I won't cook for them," Marco explained. "We should have a duty to tell them that Marco doesn't cook for vegetarians unless they are vegetarians who eat fish. I don't do vegetarians full stop. I never did.

"The job is hard enough for them [the trainee celebrity chefs] at the end of the day. We are teaching them to do that menu."

Hell's Kitchen continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1.
