The star - who has recently returned to showbiz life after battling cancer - is said to be planning a live appearance at the November fundraiser.
It will come around the same time as the launch of her first album since recovering.
"We're so chuffed," a BBC source told The Sun. "It's a massive coup. Kylie's presence will really elevate this year's show."
The album is expected to be released on November 21 and will include contributions from Boy George, Groove Armada and Scissor Sisters.
