McKeith to host new C4 weight show?

Gillian McKeith is to present a new Channel 4 show which will see obese people swap diets with thin people, it has been reported.

The programme, apparently titled Supersize Versus Superskinny, will look at the effect of dramatic changes in diet.

It will be produced by Endemol and fronted by the notorious celebrity dietitian, according to the Daily Mirror.

Some have expressed concern about the idea. Dr Ian Campbell, Weight Concern medical adviser, said: "For the sake of entertaining people, this will replace one person's bad diet with another's bad diet."

However, Endemol told the paper that a doctor would monitor filming.
