
Stephen Fry is among those nominated for the 35th International Emmy Awards.
Fry is up for the best documentary gong with his TV show The Secret Life Of A Manic Depressive.
Other Brits in with a chance of winning include comedienne Victoria Wood, who is up for the Best Performance By An Actress title for her work on Housewife 49, and Jim Broadbent, who is named in the best actor list for his performance in The Street.
The BBC talent show How To Solve A Problem Like Maria is nominated for the best Non-Scripted Entertainment award.
The awards show, which celebrates television made outside of the US, will take place on November 19 in New York.
