Dave's first programme commission has been confirmed as half-hour comedy panel show ...And Then You Die.
The series will be hosted by puppet Barrie Stardust and over the course of its six episode run will feature rounds such as "Life's a Bitch", "Worst Day of My Life", and "My Life's Sh*tter than Yours".
It was commissioned by Dave channel chief Steve North from North One Television.
"Signing Barrie is a great coup for Dave," said North. "His talent and creativity is spot on for the channel."
Totally Viral has also been reordered from Spun Gold TV for the channel. A new run of 10 episodes will delve into viral user-generated video clips from the internet from October 26.
