Sky One drops G-A-Y awards coverage
Published Tuesday, Oct 30 2007, 14:54 GMT | By Dave West

Double Jab Productions had planned to produce the show but said it could not afford it after an investor pulled out.
Its highlights show was scheduled for December 1, the 20th World Aids Day.
A Double Jab spokesman explained: "The production of the awards always required considerable funding given their scope and ambition. The promised funding from a third party has not materialised and we regret having to cancel televising the 2007 event.
"I stress that all at Double Jab would like to thank BSkyB for their continuing support and we are now working on the awards for 2008."
The ceremony will go ahead at the club night's London Astoria home on November 29 and 30.
