UKTV Food has commissioned James Martin's Christmas Feasts from Eagle Media Productions to run over the festive season.
Five half-hour episodes will follow Martin as he prepares dishes ranging from apple pie to smoked pigeon.
"James is one of the best chefs out there and we are thrilled to have him on board again for these exciting new shows," said UKTV Food channel head Paul Moreton.
